They told me the ice MAY HAVE TURNED OFF THE SWITCH this isn’t possible. I called CRG, and they told me Generac doesn't cover ice or snow issues. When CRG Electric fixed the problem, I received a bill two weeks later for $145.06. The Generac generator should be covered under warranty for five years. We did have an icy storm that caused a power outage for five days. After being there for less than 1 hour, he told me the back on and off button was causing the issue and got me up and working. And he told me it was the on-and-off switch in the back. He checked the on and off switches, the transfer switch box, and the battery. The tech arrived and started to troubleshoot the issue. Throughout that time, my Generac generator kept shutting down until the tech came.
